Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm that the product can be fulfilled. We may cancel and refund orders affected by inventory, pricing, fraud, or delivery errors.

Shipping and order issues
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers or customs. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@alichalmer.com with the order details so we can review and resolve it.

Ali Chalmer names, stories, artwork, product presentation, and site content are protected and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
